A Board Certified Urologist practicing since 2008 Dr Perlmutter grew up on Long Island, New York. He majored in biology at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. He received his medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Stephanie Andree is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Urology. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and earned her degree from Purdue University. She is a member of the AANP (American Association of Nurse Practitioners) and AUA (American Urological Association)

Dr. Egert grew up in Schererville, IN and attended Andrean High School. She then went on to Indiana University Bloomington to complete her degree in biology with minors in Chemistry and Psychology. She continued her education as a Hoosier and received her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine, where she also completed her urology residency. She returned to Northwest Indiana to join Urologic Specialists of Northwest Indiana.
