A board certified urologist practicing since 2007. Dr. Billmeyer a best urologist grew up in Omaha, Nebraska. He attended the University of Iowa and graduated with highest distinction with a major in biology and a minor in chemistry. He was selected for membership in the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.

A board certified urologist practicing since 2004. Dr. Unni was born in Maywood, Illinois. He grew up in Crown Point, IN and attended St. Mary’s School and Andrean High School locally before pursuing a degree in economics at Northwestern University.

A board certified urologist practicing since 2013. Dr. Rao was born in Chicago and grew up in Olympia Fields, Illinois. He attended Saint Louis University for his undergraduate studies as both a Pre Medical and Presidential Scholar.

A board certified urologist practicing since 2007. Dr. Emley was born in Michigan and grew up in New Hampshire. He graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University/Bloomington in 1995 with degrees in Biology and Sociology and one from top rated urologists. He was selected for the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.

Dr. Vellos was born and raised in Orland Park, Illinois where he graduated from Carl Sandburg High school. He attended Loyola University Chicago for both undergraduate and medical schools obtaining degrees in Chemistry and Economics and earning Honors in research.

Dr. Kumar is a urology doctor grew up in Crown Point, IN and graduated from Merrillville High School before pursuing a degree in Biology, with a minor in business administration from the University of Southern Indiana.

Dr. Maniar grew up in Munster, IN. He graduated from Munster High School and then went on to graduate from Indiana University Bloomington and Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his urology residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI and subsequent fellowship in urologic oncology at the University of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City, OK.

Leyna Midkiff is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse specializing in Urology. She earned her Nursing Degree and Master’s from DePaul University in Chicago and has over 10 years of diverse medical experience, including urology, orthopedics, and emergency medicine.

Dr. Egert grew up in Schererville, IN and attended Andrean High School. She then went on to Indiana University Bloomington to complete her degree in biology with minors in Chemistry and Psychology. She continued her education as a Hoosier and received her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine, where she also completed her urology residency. She returned to Northwest Indiana to join Urologic Specialists of Northwest Indiana.

Stephanie Andree is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Urology. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and earned her degree from Purdue University. She is a member of the AANP (American Association of Nurse Practitioners) and AUA (American Urological Association)

APRN is an Urology Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of nursing experience. She has practiced as a Nurse Practitioner for the past 8 years, following 12 years as a Registered Nurse. She earned her Doctorate from the University of Utah and brings a diverse clinical background that includes trauma, acute care surgery, and urology.
